I had a new Trane furnace installed and worked on by a different HVAC company. Despite replacement of defective parts, 3 times, the furnace continued to have excessive noise problems with the inducer unit. I spoke with Trane Consumer Relations, Product Support about my problems. They were helpful and understood my frustrations. They recommended that I contact California Indoor Comfort as highly trained to work on my unit.
I called and spoke with Keith about the problems I was having. He was very helpful. He said that he would contact Trane directly so that he could research the history of my furnace. He was able to obtain information about an upgraded part. Daniel, from California Indoor Comfort came to the house to diagnose the problem, correct the natural gas pressure levels and install the new, upgraded inducer assembly.
Both Keith and Daniel explained things very well.

Curt and the entire staff are always personable, from the office down to those who perform the service calls. They are flexible in making appointments. When they come to our home, staff are courteous and efficient. They are very good at explaining what they did, what needs to be done, timeline for getting additional parts and service completed, as well as discussing charges before asking us to sign off.
